How can we meme Minshew into being traded back to the Jags?

This team sucked at all levels today.. Both sides chipped in for this loss. To blame only one side is ridiculous..

Trevor is to blame, but I don't get why everyone isn't complaining about the defense not making stops when they should.   I mean, there was an entire drive where the defense failed to cover Denver's tight end.

And I won't mention how poorly the linebackers and secondary tackle anyone that isn't under 5'10".

holding a team to 21 in the modern NFL is a win for a defense. That is reality. Only scoring 17 in the modern nfl is an embarrassment with how the rules are set up. It is the offense that loses us games, defense has been "good enough" to win, can't say the same for TL and the O.

I think they are both to blame.

This. The only way we are winning games from here on out is if Trevor leads game winning drives, but I don't see that happening. He looks like he gets tight in at the end of games, and the defense won't hold anything but the largest of leads.

The defense sucks Josh Allen sucks Walker sucks the secondary sucks high draft picks and they suck
The team sucks. No one is clutch. Was there any doubt after going up 17-14 that we'd give up the TD? Maybe after some more first overall picks we'll figure it out.

Trevor was in position to lead the drive to win the game and he throws an int the very first play. Throws another int in the end zone. Misses a couple of wide open 3rd down conversions.

That trumps the defensive mistakes.
He can make all the throws. He just can't make them at the right times against NFL defenses. He'll be a Jag in 2023. But not 2024.

It’s not only that, but the defence came out absolutely balling, I think people are underestimating the psychological affect they must have from seeing a QB playing atrocious whilst they’re balling.

You can check my history, I don’t bash on TLaw, but today he was absolutely awful and cost us the game.

Please just stop. 17 points from a top overall pick

No, YOU stop. There’s no excuses for letting a team that has struggled to pass the ball get go down the field like that.

Granted, this last INT is on Trevor and he’s going to do what every young QB eventually learns to do: take what the D gives you. He’s trying too hard to be a hero when it isn’t required of him (yet).

However, the fact remains the offense shouldn’t have to go back out there to bail the defense out, ESPECIALLY against a poor Denver offense.

Stop putting the blame on one person when everyone has a hand in this lose.

The defense hasn't been able to hold a close lead in the 4th quarter all season.   Get that.  We have a lead in the 4th, then the defense simply needs to get the opposing BAD offense off the field (Commanders, Colts, Broncos)...without them driving down for the winning score.

The Jags defense is equally to blame for today's loss.

I don't think he can make the fade throw the sideline toss is always to high

Shee-it, he stands a good chance of getting a SB ring with the Eagles. He doesn't want to come back here.

Please stop, I wanted to defend him so bad. I wanted a generational face to this team that could finally bring Jax to relevance. He’s not it, and it becomes obvious every week.

I've been a big defender of Lawrence and I still think he has talent and potential but he needs to start showing hes taking those steps. He has his good moments in a game and he has his bad but I just want to see him put it all together for a game and make the right reads and execution and limit the mistakes.

I still have faith in him getting there but the clock is ticking and NFL QB's don't get too long to prove they are the guy.

Lol he's done it multiple times this year....and the defense gives it right back with minutes left in the game

Defense has hold Denver to 14 points for 3 and a half quarters. Denver has punt 6 times. It's pretty good. Not their fault if our offense was inable to score.

Exactly, not only that, look at the field position our offense got the ball back

He's led drives that give the team the lead in the fourth quarter, it's true, but not a drive that is do or die.

Like I said, the pressure of having to get something done seems to be causing him to get tight.
Like I said all the Trevor hating trolls are going to come out.... totally ignoring that Trevor took the lead....and the defense totally let Denver march down with ease and take the lead.... defense does it's job game over....
