Most exciting game with a win we've had in a long time.

yea that TD at the end was close. I'm not sure how you define where the shin begins. It did look like part of his leg above the ankle tape hit the ground but not obvious. And of course they tape the ankles so high that makes it harder to tell.

That two point conversion call was ballsy. I was totally against it at the time but it was the right call. And Lawrence took charge and won the game. Beautiful.

Just came to ask that.  I'm glad they called it a TD but how was he inbounds?
His toe tapped then when his leg rolled, his ankle touched before he was out of bounds. That's 2 separate points of contact, and a TD. The refs TRIED to overturn that call, but couldn't find a way to justify it.....

Looked like his shin hit before he touched out of bounds too.

Going for two is the right decision, and I said so even before he went for two.

You have to at some point make a play to win the game in overtime as well. Might as well do it with a play you’ve rehearsed a thousand times.

Good call. Trevor looked great. I’m happy

Any part of the leg above the ankle making contact with the ground counts as the second foot.

The leg he planted came down in such a way that the lower/lateral part of his calf muscle made contact inside the paint prior to the knee landing outside the paint.

It was indeed a frame by frame necessity to see it - but he got down.

Ah. Thanks for the clarification.

Ravens Flock..... If you didn't see mention of team or player names, you'd swear you were here after a loss..... "Awful RZ play, horrible refs (lol at that one), stop playing this guy or that, what was coach thinking?!" It's just like home!

Agreed, we really had nothing to lose at this point

It's one of those calls though if you don't get it, you'll get annihilated after the game. Should have just gone to OT. Yes we aren't in the playoff hunt so doesn't have as much weighing on it but if we didn't make that play then Lawrence and Doug would be getting heavily criticized right now.

Love that he went for it and had a play for the situation. A great win after it looked like it had slipped away but Lawrence came up great. Kind of W that you can build on.

He also doubled tapped the 1 foot. Had it at the start of possession, got it down again and the shin hit inside too. Was a clear TD idk what took so long, but I guess thorough is better than a quick judgement that ended up being incorrect.

They're 7 - 4 and still in the play off race. Especially in that division.

Very Nice poise to get this victory against a Good QB and team. This is one instance to where I was good w/respect to going for the win. It paid dividends to say the least. Our players, lately has been talking about running the table within this half of the season to which I doubt but that's why you play the games.

Time Will Tell.

And the Jags are now 4-7 and technically still in the playoff race..... with 3 division games left, it's actually possible. I'm more interested in just watching more winning football for now though.

Maybe but Pederson is getting raked over the coals right now if it had failed. Goes with the territory. I'm just happy it worked.

Got to say, Lamar has some talent and is a real threat running the ball but not sure I'd want to pay him $250m fully guaranteed
