Pretty sure that's exactly what he's doing.

Went to the tinhorns Instagram account and most of the fans want a loss so they can have first round draft pick. A titians fan was telling them to beat us. I guess they don't have a message board. I couldn't find one anyway.

They have one, but it's lame.

The amount of cope on their board is REAL. I’m not chalking up next week as a win by any means but to think Dobbs will come in and play on Brady levels is delusional.

I learned a long time ago to take whatever one of their fans say about anything and throw it right down the [BLEEP]; they are all delusional pricks.
One of them has sense:

I'll go on record stating that starting Dobbs in the Jaguars game is the dumbest decision in franchise history. He was terrible yesterday. And he should be terrible. He's been in the league 6 years and can't even get a start. But two fumbles, a near pick six, an interception, and a lousy 13 points. Nothing about that says this is the guy, or this is a spark, or that it's anything. It said this is a waste of time.

We will lose. We will gain nothing. Dobbs will be gone next year.

And you've basically told your future QB I don't believe in you. Belichick did the exact opposite. He threw his QB to the wolves. There is more upside to starting Willis even if we lose.
The tinhorns play

Winter rest early

Revenge is sweet..

Oh yeah. But, they’ve been a pain in our rear ends for 25 years now. They’re used to being “Big Brother Chet” for so long, and Derrick Henry only has so many more carries in him. Their inevitable collapse will be delightful.

Actually a reasonable take. Hard to believe it came from a tack fan.

The game will obviously depend on our ability to stop Henry. Dobbs isn't good but he's a better option than Willis is for them right now.

Going to have to jump on them early and force Dobbs to throw the ball.

But I do agree that how they are handling Willis is a bad move. He needs all the reps he can get and should have started on Thursday. Like that poster said, doesn't look like they believe in him at all.
I will say it again:

If we can't beat Dobbs or Willis, whoever they put out there, we don't deserve to make the playoffs.

Henry is going to be a workhorse regardless who is under center.

Well,  even against Houston, Henry ran for a TD early in the game.  After that,  a non factor just like in the game against us.  He gets worse as the game goes instead of the opposite.

Feel weird saying this because Henry does have good season stats, but like I thought prior to the season as soon as he starts to fall off a bit the Titans will crumble and that's what we're seeing. He's getting tired, it's obvious.

The titans work him like Carolina worked McCaffrey but Henry has been able to take the abuse. I also think he's just getting tired in a cumulative way. All these years of being a workhorse are finally catching up to him.

To these nostrils, it smells worse.  That was a miserable walk back to the parking lot after that 2000 Championship game, listening to those a hole Tack fans.  They were not gracious.

Let’s say you sit them at halftime and Jags lose. Then they also lose to tacks week 18.

However, you realize the Jags could have had a WC spot had they just beaten Houston. Then what?

I'd rather be at full strength for a game that I know 100% for sure gets me a home playoff game against a team that I've already beaten than risk the chance of further injury to win a game that might get me a wildly (pun intended) improbable shot at a Wild Card game on the road against one of the Division winners in potentially crappy winter weather.  Assuming that the week 17 win weakens our roster with avoidable injuries.
Wild Card still on the table….
