I'm as happy as the next guy we are going to the playoffs. But lets not pretend it's because we have an all star roster. We hit the jackpot on the QB and we are playing in a horrible division where .500 might get you the division.

If you think hitting on the QB is enough I guess you'd argue Baalke did it, I see teams like Indy with Andrew Luck and Atlanta with Matt Ryan that had really good QBs and never put it all together.

We have a window we need a GM that can build around Lawrence but then field a capable defense. I'm not convinced Baalke is that guy.

The offense is also a product of having been provided resources.  Would Lawrence be doing this with last year's roster?

I have no doubts that Pederson gets far more production out of last year's roster than trash [BLEEP] Urban Meyer did and I'd take that to the bank every day of the week and twice on Sundays.

TLaw and Pederson have given us hope not Baalke…lol
Too early to tell, i will chime in next year after this offseasons moves and the draft. If i had to put a number out now 6/10. I like the ridley trade. Walker vs hutch will be telling next year.

Regarding the kicker i was clamoring for whichever one detroit would let go.
I demand FULL CONSISTENCY out of my favorite team (in the AFC South, right behind my favorite team in the AFC, but ahead of my 2 favorite teams in the NFC) anything less is bullcraig, and can be found sweaty and shirtless at da club with Vince Young. NO SUS BRO.

What was your old handle?
Some good old-skool references there.
I was wrong about the impact the players would have. I expected the QB to drive the team to 6-8 wins but never thought playoff chance late this year. Baaalke is a B- in my book currently. Not screaming to get him outta here anymore but watching with a close eye still.

6/10. Which is a huge leap over the 0/10 last year. If he can manage the salary cap, build up our defense, and get some better protection for Trevor Lawrence.. next year could be an 8 or 10. Cautiously optimistic about him.

Yes.
Pretty much sums up where I'm at with it.
Baalke doesn’t deserve to remain the GM here. We don’t need to wonder if he’s gonna mess up, because he does mess up, A LOT, over his career. We need a GM that gets it, someone that understands how to build a winning roster. I don’t trust Baalke, period..

I second this notion of the moniker “hyena man”.
