- Selected an athlete that is a project, number one overall. Seems like a huge boom or huge bust.
- Spent a ton of $$$ on the defense as well as high picks. The defense has been disappointing although DC should possibly share some of the blame.

Has made some nice picks and free agent additions although dramatically overpaying many of them has put the organization in a very poor cap situation.

Can we? Sure.

But we can also do a lot worse too. I'd say Pederson should decide if he gets to stay or not. (Ideally, anyway). If Pederson has no problems with what Baalke's doing, I don't either.
We're knocking on the door of the playoffs and currently at .500 with 1 game to go. That's a 10 in my book. There's a lot to improve on sure, but not many would have expected this type of turnaround.

And with the exception of Trevor, it's due to some of the FAs Baalke acquired.

Have to give him some credit for that, although it's probably more due to Pederson being such a good coach

His drafts leave something to be desired. If I could recast my vote today, I'd move it from a 7-ish. He is trending upward. Need 1 more solid draft, maybe find us a WR1 and im sold.
Allot are hating the Walker pick and free agent pickups / performance.

Need patience with Walker. They’re still learning his best role. He was killing double teams yesterday, he’s going to be fine.

As for the free agent pick ups,to me they’ve all performed. Yeah the defense unit ain’t great, but they’re started from nothing.

In reality, I would give him a 7/10.

He has done some good things and he has made some mistakes, but his tenure here relative to the rest of the GMs in the league, has been above average.

This roster is still a work in progress. For now you have to stick with him and let him continue to do his work.

Careful, this is how you end up in a screenshot....the horrors!

Yeah let's extend Baalke for 10 years!

Love how everything bad in 2021 was all Meyer's fault, everything good was thanks to Baalke lol. Same thing you guys did with Caldwell and Coughlin. Some people never learn...

This season is all thanks to Baalke and has nothing to do with Pederson.

Nobody said that.  Thanks for sharing some BS though.

Do you think the guy unfamiliar with Aaron Donald was the architect of the 2021 draft and free agency efforts?

Do you think Meyer's collaboration with Baalke was on a similar level to Pederson's?

We'll never know which guys Meyer did or did not stand on the table and jump up and down for.
People often speculate ETN, Tebow and Farrell were Urbz' guys.
But we don't know.

What we do know is that Meyer had no clue what he was doing and that makes it more likely that Baalke was steering the ship in acquisitions more often than Meyer.

Currently - every single shred of information you can find on the matter points to Pederson having the final word on acquisition while walking in lock step with Baalke in a copasetic collaborative effort.

Does Baalke get too much credit for 2022 acquisitions?   We'll probably never know that either, but if this is what a Baalke/Pederson joint effort looks like, it's pretty hard to dislike.
