PANCAKES

LOL

What was your old handle?
Some good old-skool references there.
Oh snaps he dropped the bullcraig, lol!!!
Honestly, I think the Jags can do better than Baalke.

- Selected an athlete that is a project, number one overall. Seems like a huge boom or huge bust.
- Spent a ton of $$$ on the defense as well as high picks. The defense has been disappointing although DC should possibly share some of the blame.

Has made some nice picks and free agent additions although dramatically overpaying many of them has put the organization in a very poor cap situation.

I don't think he's been terrible but once the team improves the GM position here should be more interesting to high level candidates.

Let's no forget that part of our problem is that a couple of first round picks drafted by the previous front office have been average to bad to terrible. This is also why I'm not too positive regarding the Walker pick. That pick must work...
I think Baalke overpaid for a lot of the free agents, but it's understandable to an extent given the dearth of talent on the roster and the abysmal performance.  Of course, Baalke deserves a lot of the blame for that anyway.

It will be interesting to see how Baalke manages the cap next year.  Shaquille Griffin is certainly gone, but there are some more cuts that will have to be made to get under the cap with room to sign the rookie class and some low-cost free agents.,  Maybe Roy Robertson Harris and Jamal Agnew?  Hard to see them creating enough space to sign Evan Engram, although there are some cuts in 2023 that would free up a lot of room.
Having the right coach and quarterback can solve most of your problems. Baalke still has work to do though. The lack of an interior push on defense and the offensive line play leaves a lot to be desired. Also, teams get a full 17 game season of film to dissect going into 2023.

The line play has to improve for that alone. As now more time will be needed on offense to create separation or running lanes and defensively they'll just keep gouging you until the gash is healed.

At least you're willing to admit it, but it was very obvious that he wasn't any good man and definitely not anywhere close to worth the $88m that Coughlin signed him to.

Easily one of the worst FA signings this Franchise has ever had. Still can't believe that contract had $50m guaranteed.
Damn I'm MIA for a couple days and yall already attacking someone else. Calm down i'm still here!

Did you know, you can actually ignore people without putting them on the ignore list?  I do it all the time.
I picked 91% just because "Is the sky blue?" wasn't an option.

In reality, I would give him a 7/10.

He has done some good things and he has made some mistakes, but his tenure here relative to the rest of the GMs in the league, has been above average.

This roster is still a work in progress. For now you have to stick with him and let him continue to do his work.
