Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I read somewhere that the new IR rules state that you don't have to designate a person "to return," but rather, down the road, when it's time, you can decide on one player to return. Is this correct?

Teams still can only do it for one player. I would not do it for Tony Washington.

Whether or not we keep him has nothing to do with his eligibility. He could still be eligible for another team's PS.
I've read three reports that Kai Forbath has defeated Connor Barth for the kicking job in New Orleans. I'd love for Barth or Parkey to be the Jags new Kicker. Both are fairly young, proven veterans.
