While this is true, great teams give you no hope especially against the bad ones. My excuses are - week 1 is a weird week, it is a road game, and a divisional road game at that. REGARDLESS, this team should be head and shoulders better than the colts. Should have been in hand from the 1st quarter.
This is true, but good teams only become great teams by knowing this. Knowing you can not be at your best and find a way to win gives you such great confidence you play without any pressure from the start, it breeds a certain arrogance that allows you to blow teams out consistently.

Clots doing some serious holding..
They sent 5 on that 12 yard completion two plays ago
Why are we letting them dump it off down the field easily? Come on with this.
and we run passed the QB when we get pressure.
Getting picked apart by the rookie.
Hm, bend but don't break? They are moving it easily.
We all know that all a prevent defense does is prevent you from winning.
It's crazy how wide open we let them be, and Richardson can still only barely get it there.
if we can force the colts to use the 2 min warning before taking points we should be able to 4 minute offense this and secure the win
Ok stop them here to a FG..
Travon is held a loooooot
The D got complacent real quick.
Field should get much tighter now that they are in red/close to red area. I feel another turnover coming.
Playing too soft now. Come on...

I still don’t rate Caldwell
They gonna call holding on them ever?

Everyone wants to compare him to Cam Newton but I just see a poor man's David Garrard
Cmon defense play smart. Keep them in front and inbounds

They are protecting a quick score to burn clock and preserve a lead
We don't have the horses on D to man up in these situations
