I don't know the specifics for Florida but battery means he actually caused harm. So he would have to have struck, thrown something, pushed them, etc. It's a misdemeanor for now, so will have to wait and see what the harm was or if something else is added on. Technically, you could claim battery for just touching someone but that would waste a lot of time arresting someone.
He's going on some list and probably not playing.

The charges will get dropped and he will probably get a 2 game suspension or a fine or something.
Zay Jones in the slot is exactly what this offense needs to open it up a little more and put teams in bad mis-match situations. Which will also open up other guys like Engram and the run game.
He’s the guy that can take the top off. Ridley and Kirk ain’t those type of guys but Cooks can be that dude.
