You're just jealous.  You don't have any money, so you envy people who do have money.  And then you demonize them to make yourself feel better.  

Some rich people inherited money.  But some rich people got rich by making things we love and use.  Movies, smartphones, computers, automobiles.  Or they play sports which we enjoy watching.  There's nothing evil about that.  They deserve what they have.  

But, IF you're serious, which I am not sure you are, you are probably a person who has failed to make it in life and wants to feel better about it so you say successful people cheated to get where they are.  I hope that makes you feel better.

He overvalued his home and sold it.
He undervalued his home when paying taxes on it.

None of those things are against any laws but that is the point. The state "appraised" at a much lower than market value. He sold it at market value.

The issue is he claims Trump broke the law when he said his properties were worth more than some judge thinks well after they have been paid. He also claims that the "appraised" value from the state is the actual worth of the property.

You can't have it both ways, it's Trump is guilty, along with everyone else in NY who has gotten a loan, paid taxes, etc, or no o ne is guilty. James looks to have broken lots of laws with her finances and loans.
