This is it. Oline gets beat with 4 man rushes and in run protection never get to 2nd level blocks.
Teams know they can stack the box and stop whatever we try and do.
Then Doug/Press/whoever starts overcompensating and calling plays that don't work for the O we have.
Just a spiral of sadness.

Thats just a lazy take. Why not blame the coaches that prepare these players?
We invested in our OLine. It is not their fault. It falls on the coaches and QB to make their jobs easier.

But once Shad makes that decision. It would cost Pedersen his job. In fact Doug already lost that power play once in Philly. And he won't get a 2nd chance to be HC anywhere else. Plus after this Jags performance the past 1.5 years, he may not get a OC spot anywhere in the NFL either. That just seems like a foolish decision.
I would understand if you are saying he is quiet quitting or phoning it in.
But passive aggressively putting the team and QB in a position to fail seems far fetched.
