Yes. The OL is bad.
Then shouldn’t Doug and the O scheme it up better? Where are the lay ups?
Doug is currently offering up nothing. He gives this team no advantage what so ever.
And then if it’s the OL, who’s to blame? Doug and Baalke since they work hand in hand right?
This is my criticism. Where are the drag routes, the quick, short yard passes to get some rhythm and try and make the D adjust. We keep doing the sane thing over and over like it's suddenly going to click when the opposition have stopped it all day

Baalke is the problem, has been for 3 years now. Pederson needs to find a way to get his team over that hump, the problem is that there might not be one.
Maybe we should send more than 4? It doesn’t seem to be working with what we’re doing.
The offense is pretty much in must go or else mode now. What a horrible and pathetic showing so far this season.

What's your reasoning of the flaw? Lack of talent or coaching?
Both

You can just say the line isn't very good. Changing schemes isn't going to make bad players good.
Why can't it be both?

All but one player. Morse is actually an improvement, Cam and Scherff are just as bad as they were last year.
Both of those two players are high level picks. Are you saying that they suck?
Scherff was selected in the top 5 pick in the draft. There's no way a guy that your painting out to be bad is just bad because of his skillset and not coaching.
I can't take your post serious.

This. Both are flawed and the coaching schemes don't seem to match what the talent does well or minimize their weaknesses.
Oline, please can you do your job for one drive.
Plus everyone else connected with the O.
We are better than this.
Getting close to do or die for this offence

What scheme and coaching changes help Cam Robinson not [BLEEP] the bed those last two plays?
No catches to our playmakers.
Doug needed to challenge that call
Will Trevor be held to under 100 yards passing? For that matter, will he break 50? I know the Browns have a good defense but damn.
16 yards in one half. New career low for Lawrence.

Pedersen's problem is the better he does the more it entrenches Baalke.
Pedersen just should have insisted on bringing in a VP of football, or someone that would be above Baalke if Baalke had to stay.
Letting Baalke remain in charge of the personnel Dept was a big mistake.
Good balls by Trevor, no catches by Strange.
I can see it now Trevor playing with undocumented unreported injury like Fred taylor
