BTJ!!! Dude has to become the focal point of this passing game....
Press/Doug gave up the play-calling duties to Trevor. Jags score.
Down to a one score lead.
TD LETS [BLEEP] GO

Cleveland did though. And it took him 4 teams and 7 seasons to put it together.

If all you want is Mayfield, you are better off hoping Trevor puts it all together.

I think a janitor reminded Pederson and Press that they have this guy that's kinda fast...

Very convenient board crashes back to back lol

I CANT BE THE ONLY ONE THAT PREDICTED THAT [BLEEP] SAFTEY
Do y'all need donations to upgrade the server?

The crash was funny.

But why have a 5 step back pass on the goal line????  I mean, is there not a quick slant that other teams do that would have been effective?

I don't know.  I'm just an idiot fan.  But there's no way I'd go 5 step pass at the goal line.

Maybe Pederson is smarter than me.  Maybe Press is smarter than me.

But clearly the Browns were smarter than our Offensive coaches...
If you just take a look at the saints, you get a perfect example of how a modern offense completely changes your team. Our offense lacks creativity and is a dead horse.
Someone needs to move this server to a place that isn't reachable during a fit of rage. Smile
Owners of this site need to ask for some autoscaling compute so the board doesn't crash every time the Jags lose.

Anyway, Jags suck again. The sky is blue.
This loss cuts Long and Deep. We'll potentially be 0-3 to start our 2024 NFL Season.

Time Will Tell.

NH3...
That was rough today. Found Trevors comments after very interesting. Seems to be some friction in the building right now

There needs to be a serious conversation about firing Baalke. The O line is trash. It’s been obvious for a very long time and yet he barely addressed it while letting good draft picks slide off the board. The buck stops with him.

It's a frustrating play call in that situation to begin with from the endzone. For starters, it's gun, why would you risk that to begin with? Secondly, no element of play action there, it was 1st and 10 and a straight up pass play. For contrast sake?

Look at the 97 yarder Darnold hit Jefferson with today from the back of his endzone in their win over the 49ers. It was under center, it was play action pass, it did just enough to get Bosa to freeze and it allowed Darnold enough time to step up and bomb it to Jefferson.

There's no creativity in this offense. It's the same bull [BLEEP] rushing attempts in the same bull [BLEEP] short yardage situations with the same bull [BLEEP] results. I am tired of said bull [BLEEP]. We can blame the mailman, the milkman, the weatherman and the lady in red with the big jugs and can.

If your players cannot handle those situations? And, those players continue to fail at being able to push to convert 2nd and 3's with 4 yard pick-up's or 1st and goals that are turned into a negative yards? Why are we continuing to the call the same [BLEEP] plays? Do something different. To expect a different result.

Fed up with this [BLEEP] offense man. Fed up with it. Again, good teams find good schemes to get their best guys open, you know it's coming, we know it's coming, they know it's coming, you still do it and you mostly find success in doing so. Once again, you gave Brian Thomas Jr. a whopping 4 targets and he manages to deliver to you with 2 catches for close to 100 yards.

Here it is, Marvin Harrison Jr. gets 4 targets in ONE [BLEEP] QUARTER and he's obliterated the [BLEEP] Rams. Brian is a similar athlete. He can get open fast, he can track the ball. Where's the [BLEEP] designed QB sprints to right or left so Trevor can get more time to air it out like we saw back in 2022? Where's the bootlegs and misdirection plays? Where is the creativity in this offense?

30 points in 2 games will not cut it. Defense held the opponent to 16 points today. You got 17 points last Sunday. You couldn't get 17 today? It's unbelievable. Glad Trevor takes accountability unlike his smug [BLEEP] coach post game. He said they all suck. He needs to play better. The line needs to play better. The receivers need to play better. The runner's need to play better. The COACHES need to COACH better. Unlike smug Doug last week? Trevor didn't say [BLEEP] about the defense because the defense mostly did it's job and adjusted.
And why wasn’t Tank Bigsby utilized…at all!

I'm sure there is thoughts about that with Shad, but what benefit does that do right now?

They probably are not going to be able to make a "big trade" for a good OL guy during the season. Basically it can wait until Dec, especially when you have multiple primetime games coming up with Buffalo on MNF, Chicago and New England in London, and Eagles on SNF
