Favre is a good comparison except Trevor hasn’t turned it into wins yet. I’ll be happy if he does but not sure it’s ever going to happen at this rate.
Favres first 3 years as a starter: 8-5, 9-7, 9-7. He wasn't an instant success, and careers were rather similar starting off. In his 4th year, Favre won 11 games. This is where career trajectories have veered off. But, it's not too late for him to take that route still. And the packers always had something the Jags don't. Good coaching and solid defenses.
