It was this dream team that helped Trump get elected. Seeing the House speaker stand side-by-side with his president was terrific. When was the last time this country had a speaker of the House and President on such good terms? Hopefully, this is a sign of a good, harmonious relationship. Trump and reform are like oil and water. Trump is about doing for himself. He has no interest in reform of a system that got him elected to the presidency twice. He plays political systems to his advantage, he doesn’t reform them and has no motive for doing so.
