I wanted Beasley or Leonard Williams. Had a feeling we were gonna get Fowler since he's from Jacksonville and they liked that "homecoming" feel good story.

I hated the pick before we made it... I hated the pick when we made it, and I REALLY hated the pick shortly after when he went down like a broken folding chair in a shorts practice.
I wanted Amari Cooper. Robinson/Hurns/Lee hadn't really shown anything THAT special yet, and Amari looked incredible. Imagine adding him to our current WR group... my god.
Even Fowler's college highlight videos weren't that exciting to me.

I think he flashed just enough to say he has a chance of putting it together. He'll have a full healthy off-season to work on the stuff that's obvious, like his pass rush moves and counters, and hopefully a good pre-season too.
