I missed that, maybe the far distant future, or maybe never. Either way, it will be a top notch facility.

Quote:So we are reducing our stadium capacity. Interesting idea.Did you listen to presentation?
The Jags have THE most premium seats in the smallest market.
They have consistently sold 80% of them so they're reducing THAT capacity to 80% of what is was....and bringing it line with premium in other stadiums.
Makes perfect sense.
The southend zone is going to get patio area at ground level too.
The whole shipyard project is really nice.....and just the shot in the arm the downtown needs to attract people to live there. That whole area was just begging for improvements and use.

So the biggest city by land area has a smaller market than the smallest city by population?

Google "density".

You sure showed him.

I don't understand why people think the draft is going to move around every year. The NFL never suggested that as an option they were looking into while discussing where to put it.

How can I invest in the city of Jacksonville lol.
Honestly, if the team starts winning and all of these features and amenities are added, the city will have a crazyyyy buzz to it!

Honestly, I would definitely move to Jacksonville from the LA area.
1) Florida babes (obviously)
2) Taxes (another obvious reason)
3) Population Area
4) This is probably the most important reason. Closer to the Jags.
Can someone tell me how much a season ticket package costs?

I think they start at around $400 for the season for the cheapest seats.

Buy/rent yourself a building/some land and do something with it. A store or restaurant or something.

Reasons 2-4 are legit.
#1 Not really. Jacksonville is more Georgia. You'd need to move further south to Miami area for the "florida babes"

It's hung up in negotiations between the city and Khan over cleanup costs. Peter Rummell is developing the land across the river and is currently closing on negotiations with the city. It is believed that Rummell's deal will set the groundwork for Khan's so hopefully it will be a fairly quick turnaround after that.
