If your receiver just takes a shot and he clearly looks hurt in the huddle you don't throw to him...especially another deep ball. That is common sense. If ARob was hurt bad enough to be evaluated he would've come off the field. Not to mention, just having him out there doesn't mean throw to him. Bortles has an arsenal of weapons and throws to him twice in a row.
