Quote:Lol at Calvin Johnson, what is this 2009?
Alex Mack also made it. I think the voters just see names that are familiar.

I think Mack is truly a Pro Bowl center.
Quote:I was. Robinson should have made it along with Telvin and Blake.

As good as Telvin Smith is, I don't think he was snubbed. There are a lot of good outside linebackers.

He has been there before.

What surprised me about Calvin Johnson getting voted to the Pro Bowl is he didn't finish in the top 10 in the WR fan voting.   I assumed he wasn't even going to make it this year.

I think he was snubbed.
Aww you guys are so cute when you fight

He's very likely going to be paid like one in 2016.
BTW while looking at the Pro Bowl roster, I saw the name of a former Jaguar, who definitely deserved it this year: Reggie Nelson. Congrats Reggie!

Robinson will still go. It's a joke that Calvin Johnson finished above him though.

Eh, for him being a 5-9 small market team and not being a big first round name I think being voted the 9th best WR in the league is pretty cool still.

Do you really think he is one of the top 6 OLBs? I am not so sure about that now, but fully expect him to be one of them in a couple years.

Along with Telvin and Hurns.

According to what? I have watched every Browns game this season. They don't award style points for getting thrown directly into the QB.

His contract is worth $42 million. You don't call that Pro Bowl money for a center?

Those guys are playing on a bad team with a losing record for years now, in a bad division, in a very small market. It's commendable that you support them, but it's not surprising that the rest of the NFL doesn't.

Well...he is a Pro Bowl'er....so you answer that one big chief.

Fortunately we will not be a bad team much longer with those guys on it. They will get more fan recognition in a few years.

I call that Pro Bowl money for a Center.  I expect Alex Mack to CONTINUE to be paid like a Pro Bowl Center.

I was asking D6 why he thinks $42 million is being underpaid for a Pro Bowl center.

According to fans, coaches, and players. And according to the Pro Bowl roster.
