Quote:So expectation is Bouye is supposed to be some sort of insane shut down CB? Yeah, I'll believe it when I see it.
did you not see the texans play ever in 2016?

Well, we didn't pay him $70 million because we expect him to be mediocre.
I'm only excited for this if he can replace Prince Amukamara. Not bashing but Houston actually has a pass rush. I just see a serviceable body at best.

lol what? This dude is better than Prince. And we just added another beast on the D-Line to help get to the QB.

Maybe it's time to get your eyes checked then if that's all you "see"!

How about you actually go watch him play.

I did. I saw the kid on the chart. I saw Kareem be abused. I saw teams fail to adjust to Bouye. And?
teams have that paper. Lets see how they attack Boye. w
Can we please play Myles Jack as a top 5 pick or am i rag'n
According to his agent at least 4 teams offered Bouye contracts north of 18 million guaranteed and 50 million total.
If he's not better than Prince Amukamara, a lot of people employed by NFL teams beg to differ.

he's better than prince and it's not even close
We now have one of the best CB duos in the league, hurt the division champs in the process, and some of y'all are mad...
It always speaks volume when "peers" sound off. Now retired Steve Smith just said the Jags have one of the best CB duos in the NFL...and we all know how his interaction with Jalen was.

Bouye was always a guy I'd watch out for when playing a WR against him in fantasy football. It's not like every single year he was horrible until he got lucky last year, he has steadily gotten better and is just now hitting his prime.

. That's what I was saying, pretty classy of him I did not expect it. Real recognize real

I like the signing. But you can't be mad at people for being skeptical. Jags haven't won in a long time. They had big signings and hyped up drafts before but nothing to show for it.

At this point, it's all on the QB. That's what's going to make or break them. I think, to an extent, you can say the same for last year. Hopefully he can turn it around. I'm skeptical, but hopeful.
A guy from the texans radio was just on Jaguars Today about Bouye. Never heard so much praise for a player that left there old team. Talked about him shutting down Hopkins in practice.

Now it doesn't matter where Hopkins lines up, Ramsey and Bouye will suffocate him.
