While I agree that it's not a civil rights issue, I will ask you this about the highlighted part of your post...Would you care if you had a young daughter say under 10 walk into a public bathroom and see a grown "man" walk in the same bathroom right behind her? Would you care if bathrooms all became large unisex bathrooms with urinals on the wall and also stalls with toilets and your young daughter walks into the bathroom while someone is using the urinal? (Imagine Walmart bathrooms as unisex bathrooms)

Put all the toilets in stalls, with floor to ceiling walls. No more urinals. Problem solved.

or it just be a man who identifies as a woman even though he has man parts...putting in individual stalls is an idea but it may not come down to that...Here's the answer...If you have man parts, you use the mens room, if you dont have man parts you use the ladies room. and that isn't the question i asked either...would he feel comfortable seeing someone with man parts walk into the same bathroom his young child just walked into

So that guy will HAVE to follow that little girl into the ladies' room UNDER PENALTY OF LAW if the conservatives have their way. Because he's got a lady part. And all he wants to do is go into the men's room and use the stall so no one is the wiser. But you wouldn't let him! You'd make him use the ladies' room!

if someone has the same thing between their legs as I do, they should use the same bathroom I do which is the mens...If they do not have the same man part they should use the womens...its pretty simple...If you have a winkie you should not go into a womans bathroom, if you do not have a winkie, you should not go into a mans bathroom...what they look like makes no difference, it's whats between their legs that matter

I see your point, but not all places have or will have individual stalls...Some places still have urinals and troughs for men and probably won't change...What I see in the future is unisex bathrooms...Non gender bathrooms where both men and women do their business and every other kind of person these people can morph themselves into...
