Will the Jags have enough cap space to resign Ramsey, Jack and Ngakoue??

Go by Overthecap's figure as far as where the Jaguars stand in 2019. Early in this thread, I explained why their $19.4 mil-over figure for 2019 is more accurate. As for the rollover money, it appears the Jaguars are currently only $13 mil under. If they're able to roll this much over then we're only $6.4 mil over, so releasing any one of the three DLs would put the Jaguars under the cap with room to spare.
