And why would he sit? He loses millions, doesn't accrue a season, and can be tagged again.
His best bet is to play, earn his check, and walk next year.

Wishful thinking. If he were doing what was logical he wouldn't be in this situation to begin with. He's not going to suddenly change his mind regarding the club and if he sits due to injury he'll still get his check, get his accrued season and get to walk next year if the Jags don't re-tag him. On the other hand, if he had a change of heart and decided to re-sign with the Jags, don't you think he would have done that by now? 

We'll see what happens but personally I think he's planning to follow in Ramsey's footsteps.
