Does every 3rd and long need a 1 yard pass and the hope of YAC?

I get Bortles is a risk but got to at least make the Rams play the pass.

Good game so far. Nice getting running backs in the passing offense. Don't have a receiver to stretch field until west brook comes back maybe.
