After it's all said and done, I like the new look as long as they can mix and match thoughtfully.

I think the teal jersey with the black pant would be great to feature at home as often as possible.
The all black is pretty slick too. I like the helmet as well.

If they'd just given the whites a tiny splash of teal somehow they'd be cool too.

Love the helmet, uniforms are a little boring but not ugly. But they announced the all teal as "color rush". I thought NBC said there won't be anymore color rush on Thursday night football?

The uniforms are growing on me a little after a nights sleep.
- I LOVE the helmet. Finally we are done with the two-toned. The new logo on the gloss looks great. The teal tongue really stands out. Grade - A
- Jersey - I agree that the numbers need outlined. But the outline around the arms was something i did not see at the airport pictures. At least it has that. Other than that, there's not much to complain about. I like the font. B-
- Pants - Very plain. Would be great to have some pipping on them with some teal/gold combo. C-
- Socks- Here is where you see supporting colors. Not bad. B.

Overall Grade B.

I kind of like them. They are definitely older school and less flashy. The white one's remind me of the Raiders. I think the Black is my favorite right now. The teal almost is too much teal. But I like the numbers. Even though they don't really pop, they still seem to be very visible. That 20 on Jalen looks huge lol I need to see them closer though. I like them though.

Update: The teal is slowly creeping up on me and I'm liking it more and more. lol

The teal jerseys resemble the 2011 jerseys minus those goofy shoulder stripes.

I would hope they have a teal jersey white pants combo.

The one color helmet is a big improvement, though I would not have minded a gold helmet.

Only "problem" I have with the new look from what I discern is the numbering on the white jersey.  

I can not, however, see the stripes on the sides of the pants.

I prefer the black pants with the teal jersey myself. I actually would have preferred black numbering with a white or gold outline on the teal too. 

I do like the black numbers on the white. It's a very clean look. Maybe could have added a teal outline or something though.

I have to agree. Those numbers really needed some kind of trim in order to pop. Having no trim on the numbers is a big reason why they look so plain.

I would agree if he was released before the start of the season.  i actually will have to look at these for a full NFL season and then some....i'll just switch the tv colors to black and white so i feel better about the jerseys on screen vs every other jersey

Another feature I didn't see mentioned (maybe I overlooked it)...

Unis have been formed tighter and tighter lately, and ours supposedly has an elastic feature that wicks the jersey to form. Even less slack than before is the takeaway I got from the comments.

I don't know if that's necessarily new, or may be merely a new formula of a concept that's been evolved to what we're going to use.
