Wow, I have so many questions now. I presume he would be infertile, but what if he wasn't? Would those children be his? I have no idea. The sperm are already separated from the rest of the body by a protective cell layer so the body doesn't kill them. 

Actually looking at the article again, it doesn't appear the testes where included, so I am assuming he got fillers like you would with testicular cancer. I really wonder how this would work. But I guess they do liver and kidney, lung, and heart, so why not?
