What about kicking the bucket?

I wonder where that phrase came from.

Long story short. Looking to get a head start through anybody on here if possible. Trying to score two tickets for just me and my mother. Would mean a lot. Appreciate it! I'll pay extra for the assist.

I only got a notification email on Feb 14 that Bob Seger was coming to Daily's.  It did NOT include they typical Jag code that usually comes with some less popular events.  I guess they figure this will be in too high of demand to issue early access to tix.  If anything pops up in my email today or tomorrow, I'll let you know.

Update:  Perhaps it's not based on popularity because I just looked back in my emails and even had a presale code for Kenny Chesney so I'm not certain why one wasn't issued.  Perhaps it's based on the performers marketing agents or something.

... on a side note, there's a dude in town Robbie Litt that does some really good covers of Bob Seger

Standing on a bucket with your neck in the noose, your death throes from hanging would have you kicking the bucket.

But you wouldn't be in death throes while standing on the bucket.  You would need to kick the bucket before you began kicking the bucket.
When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

I checked, and it doesn't appear he is doing a concert anywhere near me. The cost is quite steep, it shows tickets still available from $184.00 ea. to $1,352.00 ea. for his concert in JVille.

Technically the hangman kicks it out unless it's a suicide. The definition is speculation.

Got two tickets. They were pricey but I have paid a whole hell of a lot more for less. Considering what it means to my mom and it being a farewell tour. I can live with it.

That is really awesome Caldrac, what should I wear?  Is she sending her car for me, or should I find my own transportation? Tongue

Enjoy the show.  I'm sure that it will be a good one.

Glad you scored tickets.

I did make an attempt to get some for you, but I was #1889 in the online queue and they sold out before I came up to the plate.
