The government has compiled the emails Hillary didn't delete, and the ones that others received from that server over the years, but not everyone who got emails from her cooperated.

The server that got hacked was the campaign server, which started sending and receiving emails a full 3 years after the server that Trump was talking about when he asked if Russia was listening.

Wikileaks posted the DNC server E-mails on July 22nd, and Guiccifer 2.0 released them in June. The hack had to be before that. Trump''s joke was made on July 29th. Assange claims that Russia was not the source of the leak, and he had no reason to lie about that. Seth Rich who had access to the DNC server was killed soon after the release if you want to make a big deal about a coincidence.
