Hopefully they arrive before I go to AZ on 4/16. Actually I'm hoping they arrive at least a few days before so I can swing them some.Where did you buy them from? RockBottomGolf? I ended up getting them at the PGA Superstore website. They were $.01 cheaper than the other sites. LOL. I had swung them at Golf Galaxy. They are actually a 'discontinued' line. That's what I've always bought because they're a good deal cheaper than the 'new and improved' model. Actually the SIM model that I got have very favorable wtite-ups where the new SIM2...not so much. ![]() We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

When you get into the endzone, act like you've been there before.

I got the same length shaft that I got the last time I got them 'professionally' fitted. If nothing else, my stance is less hunched and I make better contact with the ball. As far as direction...we'll just leave that part out. ![]() (03-27-2021, 10:19 AM)RicoTx Wrote:I’m not attempting to call you out at all, so don’t take it that way. I’m in awe that you’re 6’5”. I unfortunately have long legs and a short torso (or high waisted) so all of my jeans, pants, Capri pants, yoga pants - ALL my pants and shorts are too short unless I buy Tall or Long length. Even then the length depends on what the brand considers Tall or Long. Old Navy is the only brand I wear in pants and Columbia has some good length shorts. I wish I had shorter legs and longer torso so this wouldn't be such a hassle. The fashion industry seems to think everyone is built this way whether tall or short. Boot manufacturers seem to think size 10-11 boots means your calves are the size of frisbees. Lol. I have a pair of work Muck boots that flop on my skinny calves when I walk. I couldn't be stealthy in them for sure. (03-28-2021, 03:24 PM)Bchbunnie4 Wrote:(03-28-2021, 12:16 PM)NYC4jags Wrote: LOL My wife is 5'2". I never think about it until I see pictures of us together. It makes a difference, though like with anything in golf, some of it is personal preference. I play a lot of golf and am definitely a lot better than your average golfer. I got fitted for my set of clubs. At 6'0 tall they adjusted the length of mine to be longer than standard, I think 1/4 of an inch longer but may have been 1/2 an inch. I can't fully remember but, to answer your question, yes your clubs are too short. You could probably use slightly larger grips. With my hand size they adjusted them to be mid-size, which is slightly larger than standard.
