There were weeks where Gabby struggled to break 100 yards passing for the day. Bort was usually good for 100 yards in the fourth Q alone, once garbage time was in full swing. Trevor was NEVER horrendous. I know for a fact that you were around during Gabbert's time here. Anyone who was a fan during those years cannot use "horrendous" to describe any other QB's play after that debacle.

Trevor was trying to do too much himself? absolutely.

You chose to refer to TLaw as "horrendous" two (three?) weeks into his professional career. Go ahead and pan every hire so you can claim "first!". Guess what? A lot of people weren't happy with ANY of the hirings you immediately sought to have undone, they just chose to wait and see whether the team finally got one right. But yeah, I remember those were SPECIAL days when he had 200+ passing yards. In 3 years (28 games) he had 7 games of 200+ passing yards. ONE 300+ yard passing game, and 5 games of 2+ TDs.

Bottles was light years better than Gabbert. Bortles actually had good games at times, I don't ever remember Gabbert having a good games. I don't see how anyone could forget how bad Gabbert was

Yup those Gabbert years of QB play were dreadful. 

Through out 26 games (I didn't include 2 games because one of them he only attempted 6 passes, which was when he took over for Luke. The other he got hurt and only attempted 2 passes) over his 3 years here, he only threw for 300 yards or more once. 

He only threw for 200 yards or more 7 times.

100 yards or less 4 times.

We even traded up from #16 to #10 to draft Gabs. JJ Watt was drafted #11. Ryan Kerrigan was taken #16 and he has had himself a very nice career. Of course we all know what kind of a beast Watt has been.
