Kyle Rittenhouse on trial

Because one of their producers was tailing the jury bus in a car.

How does that network stay in business?

They have some really toxic hosts over there. They may be worse than CNN.

FTFY.

My thought about this though is MSNBC said that they don't know the subject in question.  It is fair to think that perhaps this was somebody that "threw that out there" and isn't in fact an employee or contributor to MSNBC.  Getting thrown out of the courthouse really isn't fair, though it really doesn't matter.  Mikesez and the other 10 viewers will just have to find another source for their "news".

I may have lost it after the Karen asked to take home the jury instructions. You know she is going to be looking things up and doing her own research. She is an idiot though because they are public info and already online. Probably reaching out to her liberal friends for help.

I bet she has already done something illegal and probably should have had one of the jurors talk to the judge about her.

After three days and over 20 hours of jury deliberations in the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, no verdict as of Thursday has caused some to speculate about what the holdup is.

I am still thinking that this ends in a mistrial if not acquittal.

A new report from Newsmax alleges that the jurors’ verdict count is a lot closer than many might have thought.

Newsmax reported that sources said the current verdict count is split — 6 to 6.

The Newsmax reporter said he overheard Mark Richards, one of the attorneys for Rittenhouse, say that he believes the jury is at a “6-6 split.”

I would have foregone a trial by Jury and just asked to be judged by the actual judge... who is supposed to just look at the law.

Open and shut case if it was being decided by a Judge. People, and especially Jurors, are stupid as hell.

I agree. Especially if he knew this was going to be his judge. I’m not sure how bench trials work but I would think you don’t get to pick judge like you do jury.

The only jurors who could be on the fence about this are either racially driven themselves or are letting outside influences sway their decision.

This is a joke.

It would be very risky as they could get a liberal judge who wants to make laws.

looks like verdict this hour
