Gee, I wonder why NO ONE WITH A BRAIN trust the government...

"Tuesday marked the latest of several walk-backs by the CDC since the start of the coronavirus pandemic, admitting its initial estimates about the prevalence of the omicron variant were highly off. It was originally reported that omicron made up 73.2% of new cases in the U.S. in the week that ended Dec. 18. New numbers show a much less drastic reality – the new variant was only responsible for 22.5% of new cases, as the United States set a single-day record for new cases on Monday with 441,278 confirmed infections."

let's face it, its all political and none of their so called science can be trusted, NONE OF THEIR NUMBERS CAN BE TRUSTED... THEY LIE, CHEAT and STEAL!!

Biden is withholding Monoclonal Antibodies treatment from Florida…

Florida state surgeon general: 'The federal government is actively preventing the effective distribution of monoclonal antibody treatments in the U.S.' Asks why Biden administration is limiting such an important Covid treatmentst. Frt

The author of the letter assumes malice, he assumes that the treatments are just sitting there, with a mean old man refusing to ship them out.

Perhaps, like many other things in today's supply chain, there is simply a shortage, or a blockage?

I believe it's because it's not effective against Omicron.

People are happy to have antibodies harvested from a combination of rats and human-mande cancer cells put into their body, but not a vaccine.

Guess what, even people who are vaccinated and get Covid use the monoclonal antibodies. It’s not just the unwashed, unnvaxxed masses who receive treatment.

There have never been a shortage or supply chain issues with the vaccine though, interesting don’t ya think?

Wrong.  There has been and it resulted in countries increasing the time between the first and second dose.

Not in the US.

It's because they had months to plan their rollout, and the demand has consistently been less than they planned for.

And the fact that the vaccine is manufactured in the US.  Countries relying on the global supply chain, including Pfizer's own manufacturing operations through Europe had to deal with shortages.

"Meanwhile, in Canada, vaccine supply remained scarce. Despite purchasing more than five times the number of vaccine doses needed to cover its entire population, the Canadian government experienced challenges obtaining the vaccines from the European countries that were manufacturing them. As a result, it lagged behind other wealthy countries on vaccination rates for months until the supply began to increase in May."

Regeneron is also an American company.

It has nothing to do with production and everything to do with the fact that it doesn't work on Omicron, which is now dominant in the U.S. I"m sure they'll shift their focus to what does work.

They were having shortages of it before omicron became a thing, so that couldn’t possibly be the issue.

Well, hi-de-ho. Looks like natural immunity is going to trump the vaccines effectiveness after all. So, please, CDC, Fauci, Biden, STOP demonizing the unvaccinated who have already had Covid. I know it doesnt fit your narrative, but its the right thing to do.

2 actions would put a lot of things to rest:
1) Testing of the vaccinated and unvaccinated so we can see how many breakthrough situations there actually are
2) Antibody testing to compare vaccinated who have not had Covid against unvaccinated who have had Covid.

Of course, we will never do this as a nation cause we are fixated on the vaccine, science be damned.

Until something is developed that can kill this virus while it is active in our bodies, we will continue to see both vaccinated and unvaccinated spreading this virus.
