I don't agree with what Twitter is trying to do to the Babylon Bee.  However, as a private company, they are free to create and enforce standards of speech that are stricter than what the government would enforce.  The government only has cause to ban child pornography, calls for violence, or misinformation about how and where to vote, and similar, very serious things.  As long as Twitter enforces that minimum, there is no cause for the government to get involved in how Twitter moderates content. Especially not jokes.

I agree that if Twitter was a monopoly, the government should break them up. (Twitter is not a monopoly.  Facebook might be one).
I agree that if there was proven collusion or coordination between Twitter and its competitors, giving the same result as a monopoly, all involved should be punished.
Neither of these things has anything to do with Twitter's moderation or censorship.

He looks like a purple-headed sperm cell from that Woody Allen movie 'Everything you Always Wanted to know about Sex'. Hilarious scene from pedo Woody (love that name).

How long before we see prices go down at the pump?

Link

US President Joe Biden has ordered a major release of oil from America's strategic reserves in an effort to bring down high fuel costs.

The release of up to 180m barrels of oil over six months is the largest since the reserve was created in 1974.

Oil prices dropped on reports of the move, which is aimed at easing a supply crunch sparked by war in Ukraine.

But the release - of about 1m barrels a day - is unlikely to fully resolve the energy crisis, analysts say.

Normally, I hate political cartoons, but I want to point out how oblivious some on here will be to the truth in the above photograph. Reprieve for votes, then back to the agenda.

Seems like Twitter and other media platforms that limit communication capabilities, plus the ever-shortening attention span of people worldwide are a couple of the main reasons for this. Arguments are stuffed into a 140 characters line or a 5-10 second sound bite. It's hard to reach mutual understanding that way, if there even can be any.

Doesn't seem like you are willing to find a mutual understanding either. Seems like you are just yelling....

What's to mutually understand in this case? I paid, they didn't. And part of my tax dollar helped pay for thier bailout. IMO, I got robbed. Maybe you like bending over and personally taking it up the pipe from your government, but I'm not a fan of it.

Hahaha No. That wasn't the point.

Marley was talking about how people don't communicate anymore but instead just yell. Then you seemed to agree and yet some of your posts are littered with yelling at people. Just found it odd.

Carry on brother!
