Actually I was trying to say Monroe didn't fight in the war.  I said most.  But I was wrong about that, Monroe did fight in the war.  It was Madison who never fought and never had a job besides politician.  I had them confused, sorry.

Her attorney tries to defend her by saying she has a diabetic family member and is "constantly giving medicine." That is not even remotely the same thing. She would be required to serve 50 hours of community service, and if she stays out of legal trouble, she would have her charges dismissed and the case sealed.



While Russo is not a licensed medical professional, her defense attorney Michael DerGarabedian argued that she has diabetic family members and is "constantly giving medicine."

Don't know much about the law here, but Simple Assault is usually a misdemeanor, Aggravated a felony. I would think that injecting someone with anything, even water, against thier will would be Aggravated, but apparently not.

The premise of the factoid is that 3600 gallons of fuel are burned a day to make a small amount of batteries. Is it factually wrong?
