4 years ago, not without a pardon from the governor.  Today, they just have to prove to the election official that they've completed all terms of their sentence.

The Government should only do what is outlined in the Constitution.... SO.... you're questions make no sense because those powers are granted to the Government in the Constitution.... Maybe you should read it sometime.......

I'll be 61 in 6 days so I've seen a hell of a lot......  Last Democrat I voted for was Walter Mondale in the 1984 election over Reagan... I was such a young fool back then.......

This is how/why they cover their butts. You really can't always tell anymore. I was at Starbucks a few weeks ago and the person who handed me my drink looked like a female at a glance or two. It wasn't until he spoke that I realized "she" was a he. Looking closer at the body shape it was more obvious but who looks that much at people serving coffee? 

The blood bank is probably also concerned about any kind of legal action if they aren't inclusive because many of those folks will go apeshit and sue anyone who isn't. With this man it shouldn't even be an issue. He's been doing this for 50 years. They should let him continue. Now people will go without thanks to an asinine policy. It's like the woman in CA who refused to let 2A supporters adopt animals from her place of business. Those pets remain homeless instead of going to a new home because of illogical thinking.

I started to apply for a position at UF Shands this weekend.  I ended the process when it came to the next step... "self identify".  I don't need to work, and I refuse to work for an entity that has that on their application process.

Wow.  Not surprised, just disappointed.  These things were known about in 2018, yet, the FBI didn't close the deal and still allowed him to nearly become governor.  I get that there are good reasons to not disclose ongoing investigations, but why do these things have to take so long?
