He’s back in jail. The feds charged him.

They didn't even check with the feds they just released him. They had to go arrest him the next day.

This is mildly alarming. Do we really want our doctors to be so close-minded and intolerant?

Future Planned Parenthood employees making minimum physician wage. If they make it through the program that is.

Just getting accepted to medical school is a tremendous accomplishment, especially a prestigious one like UMMS.

Which makes their stance even more sad.

Conservatives and moderates are going to have to start acknowledging the levels of brainwashing going on in our institutions. These are not one-off examples anymore.

It’s definitely becoming more insidious.

The time when a problem pregnancy becomes enough of a danger to the mother's life is a gray area. One might see such a situation and say that the mother should have stuck it out a while longer before giving up on the baby.
There are sometimes procedures that have to be performed after a miscarriage, to prevent further infection and damage to the mother. And there is usually no way to tell if the miscarriage was natural or induced by some drug or another. One might see that and suspect the doctor of actually performing an abortion.
Doctors do not trust the judgment of prosecutors or juries in these areas. And they don't see any reason, in looking at what state legislatures have done so far, to trust that either.
Medical judgements should be left to medical professionals. It would be best if most cases of doctors performing illegal, intentional abortions on healthy fetuses and mothers were judged administratively, not criminally. The doctor should be risking his license, not his liberty.
But no one wants to have that conversation, because no one wants to hear any arguments from the other side of any issue.

The irony of this statement leaves me speechless.

Aww, do you not feel heard? What argument do you want me to hear? Does it have evidence?

Dude, the examples you cite are so statistically irrelevant that, yes, people don't want to have that conversation. It's a total red herring, so it makes perfect sense you so willingly chase after it.

Statistically these situations are rare, but any ob/gyn will see all of them multiple times in their career.  FSG should weigh in.

I’ve never gotten my concealed carry permit but seeing stuff like this is motivating me to get one. Geezus…

Note: The video shows attempted violence. No one was physically injured.

I don't even want to watch that. Humans have a remarkable capacity for brutality. This is why I get so bothered by the false promises of progressivism.

I have started to carry more as well. I used to feel confident that I could handle myself in most situations, but, as I get older, and as lawlessness is increasing, I don't think there is a better option.

I added a disclaimer. The video shows attempted violence only. No one was injured.

Aside from the video, get it!  You can walk out With whatever toy you want.  That’s part of the perks! I waited until I was 40.  Glad I have it.  Don’t really carry, since I live and work in a predominantly  …..good area of town.  But it’s very nice to go in and buy whatever you want.
