Help me understand how the FBI knew, before Trump was President, that Biden accepted a bribe, then they managed to keep this information from Trump for 4 years. How is that possible?

Isn't that exactly how the FBI should operate if not used for political purposes?  Unless circumstances of the bribe carried ongoing national security implications, why should the sitting President have been informed of the investigation?

Great question.  In that scenario, is Christopher Wray a good guy or a bad guy? And if it was not appropriate for Wray to share this evidence about Biden with Trump in 2019, why would it be appropriate for Wray to share that evidence with Grassley today?

We already know that individuals in the FBI leak things whenever they are politically volatile.  They leaked stuff about Hillary, Trump, and Hunter.  How has Joe escaped this kind of leaking up until now?

The "machine" leaks things about politicians of both parties.  Sounds less like a machine and more like a herd of cats.  I'm not in denial.  I see it and I'm unconcerned.  Everything worth knowing about Biden's days as Senator and vice president is known.  Everything was leaked long ago.

Sure, but we saw during the 2016 election that they don't necessarily agree about what that agenda is.  
Let's assume Grassley isn't just BSing.  If he's not, that would mean that someone in the FBI stepped outside their command structure, saying, "I saw this happening but I don't have the memos that prove it happened."  Why didn't that person step out sooner? Why weren't they able to get the memos?
