A fancy toilet seat.
The story also shows how Daily’s Place was a big disappointment from the original rendering. Hopefully we don’t end up with this: ![]() We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!

Daytona would be the best option logistically. Right off the highway and plenty of parking. Driving to Gainesville (and trying to find parking) or Orlando would be horrific.

Daytona has hosted football before. They painted a gridiron on the infield grass. The sightlines will be terrible from the permanent seats but the temporary seats would be closer in. There's also the possibility they figure out a way to economically build a field of some sort over the asphalt. I wouldn't count on that though. The UNF option is better because it's closer and more like an NFL stadium already, but UNF may simply not want to participate. The city of Daytona Beach and NASCAR may be willing to help pay for some of the work that would be needed to bring in 2 years of NFL. Every little but helps.
My fellow southpaw Mark Brunell will probably always be my favorite Jaguar.
Daytona would be terrible for watching the game. Gainesville could handle it but the field couldn't hold up.
Not sure if the Jumbo Shrimp could fit a NFL field (remove the outfield fence if needed) then add full outfield seating. Maybe could get enough seats with temporary seating. If they are leaving Jacksonville to play games, might as well play at FSU, UF, UCF, UNF, and Daytona. Mix it up and try and grow the fan base in those areas. My alma mater, Univ of North Florida? You do understand that all they can offer is a 12K soccer field, right?

I just don't see how the 2 year plan gets approved. If approved it will be the 4 year plan.

I'm starting to lean towards the 2 year deal. If we play games in that stadium while it's under construction, it'll be a mess. Maybe we should bite the bullet and get it over with.
At the end of the day, whether it's the 2 year deal or the 4 year, once it's approved and they break ground, we know damn well the Jags will stay in Jax long term. Just have to get it approved one way or another.
IT WAS ALWAYS THE JAGS
