Kevin McCarthy and his followers said Kevin should be speaker because he raised the most money.
Jim Jordan and his followers said Jim should be speaker because he always owned the libs in his many TV News appearances. Meanwhile, Mike Johnson is apparently one of those guys who actually shows up and writes bills and reports. By all accounts I see he does the job more like it's supposed to be done. The media is making a big deal that he participated in elections lawsuits, but the legal briefs he filed had no lies. They had unconvincing arguments but no lies. This may have all worked out for the best. Now let's see how he governs.
