Fauci was an honest professional who served his role well, until COVID. Then he was corrupted by the power, prestige and politics created by the multi trillion dollar global wave of money it created.

I'm not going to say he was corrupted, but I am going to say he had too much power, or imagined he had too much power.  In the rush to prevent death I can forgive him and his people for making some recommendations that turned out to be bad ideas.  I forgive him because none of us knew how to react to that.  The media needed someone to be the voice of the federal response and Trump simply wasn't it.  Fauci wasn't prepared for the role either but who was better prepared?

This is just wishful thinking, imo. He wasn't just doing "anything" to save lives. Ivermectin was blacklisted. That is not to say that Ivermectin is the cure. It is, however, a harmless drug, tested on billions of people, that could have easily been tried if he was throwing up hail Mary's to save the people. I only include that as suggestive evidence that he wasn't a desperate man. The dude has always been subject to his ego. If you take the time to read that article, it just so happens to be the EXACT same scenario we were facing. There's a drug. The patent has expired. Big Pharma is working on a new treatment, and he's telling everyone to wait for that. Any studies that suggest otherwise are "irrelevant." The only difference between now and then is that the media is bought and paid for by big companies, and you just can't "question the science." Why? Oh, because it makes people a lot of money when you don't use old drugs.

Fauci has never had a problem lying. He's never had a problem doing what he needed to do to rise to the top. The guy exemplifies the dark triad of personality traits. He's a full-blown narcissist, he's manipulative, and he doesn't seem to mind putting his interest above the masses. One of Trump's biggest mistakes was not firing this guy early in the pandemic.

But the black and brown providers are not perfect either.
