The rule of thumb was that it was legal to beat your wife with a stick, but the stick can not be bigger than the width of your thumb.

That would definitely be a reach out to the middle. I would also like Tim Scott because he’s a numbers person. He actually knows figures and facts involved with legislation. Trump needs a details guy. Scott would more competently fill the office.
