Not at all.. Some of us just like to insult people whether we're right or wrong.

Well, if that's all you've got...

You think Nancy Pelosi did not bring enough security to the Capitol in the morning and early afternoon of January 6. And you say that makes her to blame for what happened.

I'm comparing a building having insufficient security to a woman having no clothes.

Did Pelosi do anything, besides not bringing in enough security at the beginning, that could count as some sort of "subtle sign" to the "protestors"?

If not, don't you have to assign most of the blame for what happened to the "protestors"?

They should have had a velvet rope set up outside since insurrectionists are so scared of em lolol

I wonder what happens when you take security measures away from a large crowd?

We wouldn't be having this conversation if the violent crowd never showed up.
If they showed up but more security was in place, causing them to not get as far, we would probably still be having the conversation.
The point is Trump sent people to break the law and try to apply pressure to get lawmakers to break their oaths so Trump could stay in power.
How close they got to their goal doesn't change the fact that they tried, and that Trump told them to try.
Trump telling them to try is the whole problem.  It's disqualifying.

We wouldn't be having this conversation if proper security was in place. There would be no running through the halls in front of cameras (cause we all know they're nothing but actors), there would be no diving into limos like rock stars leaving a venue, there would be no HBO Special where Nancy claimed responsibility.. So you can think what you like, that doesn't make it true. When these people tell you who they are, believe them.

We would be having the conversation because there still would have been protestors calling for the VP and Speaker to be hanged and there still would have been a sitting President encouraging them.

Nancy did her job badly that day.  She aimed for a target and missed.
Trump did the exact opposite of his job that day.  He hit the guy in the lane next to him and laughed about it.

Hasn't mikesez taught you ANYTHING yet?  "Stay peaceful" was Trump's secret code for STORM THE CAPITAL!

They had already breached security when he tweeted that.  And he knew that.  The correct thing to tweet at that time was "leave immediately and go home". He waited more than an hour.

The bigger part is he sent them there in the first place.  Not that he told them to stay.

He said they were going to go to the Capitol to cheer on certain members and other members they were going to maybe not cheer on as much.

The members were all inside with doors locked and there was no outside televised viewing area.

And he knew that.

Therefore he told them to go inside.

I didn't say take over.

Those of you who think Trump did nothing wrong on January 6, please very briefly in your own words say what he actually did.

Everyone knows what Trump did.. He told his crowd to march in on DC, set fires to a bunch of buildings, kill a few people, and reek havoc. And after his speech, he jumped into his limo and told the driver that he wanted to watch his pee tape. The driver said no, so Trump yelled and reminded the driver that this was MAGA Country, and then Trump tried to grab the steering wheel..

I better stop there before some of you turkey tards start to touch yourselves..

Ain't nobody going to change their minds around here. Our minds are made up. Whether you think he's innocent or guilty, we're all set in stone with our own personal little verdicts.

Sure, but tell me what he did and why it was OK.

No, because my answer isn't going to change. He did nothing wrong.
