I'm all in favor of cutting spending first.
But we both know that's not what is going to happen.
We will either have gridlock where nothing happens, or Republican control resulting in major tax cuts but no spending cuts other than stopping student loans forgiveness, or Democrat control resulting in large tax increases for a small number of tax payers and possible massive spending increases.

Where do you think tax increases for corporations are funneled to? Cutting taxes for corporations is one of the greatest policy proposals there is. You have been groomed to hate who they want you to hate and that has taken away your ability to view things reasonably.

In a perfectly competitive system, a corporate tax cut becomes lower prices. 
Corporate taxes are a very small part of the US fiscal picture regardless.
Theyre also going to cut the top marginal rate on capital gains and ordinary income which is more dubious in terms of benefits.
All tax cuts have benefits and drawbacks.

I happen to agree with this. I've been saying this for a couple months now. My only hope is that he knows he has to play the game to get elected. If not, we are going to end up with a much more moderated Trump who does the bidding of the establishment because he cares more about his legacy than the future of this country.
