The whole of GA is demographically similar to Duval County and has been for a while.
Duval County hadn't voted blue since Carter. GA had voted blue as recently as 1992. It's more remarkable and unlikely that Duval turned blue in 2020 than it was for GA to turn blue.

The email told the influencer that the campaign would be a "paid partnership." The woman who sent the message was named 'Alicia Howard' which lines up with an Alicia Howard on LinkedIn who works as a project manager for impact dot com. Impact connects businesses with "affiliates, influencers, and commerce content publishers." The videos below are TikTok creators voicing their support for Harris/Walz.
