One of the examples he gave was how conservatives were howling about immigration before it was even a problem, then admitted it's a problem now. He can't reconcile that sometimes pointing out the threat has nothing to do with fear but with wisdom. He went on to talk about how they are ranting about crime, but the stats don't show an increase in crime. He'll see in a few years, but he won't remember the warning by then.

The statement isn't about how everyone is seen, it's about how they see others in the same level or above them. It's similar to a class thing where they think the people in similar roles/positions should be trusted like you should trust them.

There are definitely people who see everyone as stupid but not talking about them.

Intelligence, Knowledge, and Wisdom is an interesting topic to discuss with other people who think intelligence or degrees matter.

*Harris has a clear, detailed, laid out plan to save this country.  She will Unite the country and make us all great again.  Her Track record along with her inspiring speeches are something all Americans should cherish. 
*Trump is a crook that should be in prison for hundreds of years.  How dare he agree with the Banks assessment on his property value or be the first one ever to pay off some hooker.  I know typically that lawyers are saying, is a low level crime that almost always ends in no jail time.  Throwing 34 felonies at him and saying the word Felon over and over again, made me believe it!

False. All I said was it's too small of an issue to change my vote.  Most of them admitted that they would still vote for Trump if the situation was reversed.  So even though they don't like me calling it a "small issue" or a "little lie", in effect it's the same.  It doesn't change my vote, and it wouldn't change theirs.  

Note that this is not a disagreement about how the military works, or about how the military should work. It's only a disagreement about how important it is to avoid saying "I was rank X in the military" when indeed you used to be rank X but upon retirement were demoted to rank Y.

The bottom line is these folks can tolerate disagreement, and they can tolerate people who don't know military terms, but something in them sets off when someone disagrees with them who also doesn't know military terms.  They can't just let it be.

I can handle disagreements just fine it's your disingenuous nature that grinds my gears.  That's not exactly an unknown around here.

2.  When it comes to the mindset of someone that served you know nothing.  A google search cannot and will not help you in this matter.  I have not knowingly met a single member of the Duval Pride family that has served, and yet I have a deep connection with each and every single one of them beyond a passion for the Jaguars.  You will never understand what we shared unless you shared it with us.  

3.  When you question any of us about a military matter you better expect several of us to rise up come after you, because we will.  What Waltz did was no accident.  He deliberately lied for political gain, period!

I'd like to have an discussion where one person says conservatives can see problems coming and are usually right in their predictions and the other says no, they're like the boy who cried wolf.  And they continue with examples where different politicians warned about things that did or didn't happen.

Discussing the emotional state of millions of voters that you will never meet seems less interesting.  At least to me.

Operatives for both parties use FUD in their messaging.  It's a given.
