I think Trump is going to win. 

The polls seem to be frozen in place at "too close to call."  But experience shows that polls tend to under-count Trump voters.  And it doesn't seem to matter what anyone does or says, nothing seems to cause the polls to move, so nothing is going to change between now and November.  My ***OFFICIAL PREDICTION!!!*** which you have all been waiting for is that Trump wins the election.

The issue is with people lying. His daughter could be lying, so hopefully he had proof it was him. If people were more trustworthy, then this type of justice wouldn't be so bad. People are though and it could be used to manipulate people into killing an innocent person.

If he has proof, have the prosecutor review it and then not bring charges. I would also be fine with a "conviction", as he broke the law as its written, but an immediate commuting of the sentence.

Kids lie. We don't know what the truth is. As bad as it would be, the daughter could have made it up, said his name instead of her boyfriend, etc. Have the trial, convict him, then shoot him.

I understand why he did it if the info is correct, but still, the law needs to be followed. If we don't, then you can't complain about all the liberal DAs who won't charge criminals because of social issues. Punishments should be flexible but he is still guilty.
