I'm pretty sure Instagram is censoring me. A few days ago I commented on a cat rescue post and mentioned how procedures are different than in the US. It was removed and I couldn't use the app for several hours. Just a few minutes ago I made a comment on a road cycling post that featured an American rider. I added the US flag emoticon at the end of my comment and it was immediately removed.
I only use Instagram to follow the Jags, a few road cyclists and teams, and several cat rescue organizations. I see comments all the time that should be removed according to their reasons for removing mine yet they're not. There are people on youtube who are documenting what's happening in east TN and WNC and they can't even say certain things without YT algorithms throwing things off or their videos being taken down. We're not talking hate speech or anything provoking. I guess they can't say how the current administration has dropped the ball on federal response, lack of FEMA involvement, etc., without essentially being censored. What the heck are the liberals so afraid of? I'm not talking about democrats, I'm talking about the leftist idiot communists who scream about the Republicans, specifically Trump, (but this isn't about him so don't even start that conversation Mikesez) who are fascists and want a dictatorship in America. [BLEEP] do they think they're doing by censoring folks on social media, creating the cancel culture and everything else they do? They're doing the very thing they accuse the right of doing. I know this isn't new news. I'm just sick of it.
