Trump Guilty

She's a hero, a political martyr, for attempting to bring the Dominion election theft to light. That's why she must be squashed under the heel of the government, can't have anyone proving their lies are in fact lies.

It's respecting the result of the election.  Very special case.  You don't prosecute sitting Presidents. You can't.

It's the only thing he was negotiating for during what was otherwise an internal party coup, so I'd say it's almost certainly going to happen in the 11th hour.

The left changed tactics. Project 65 since none of the lawfare suits will not survive appeal.

You do know that Jack Smith was never legally appointed as a Special Prosecutor, right? That the corrupt Biden DOJ created that position out of thin air without the required agreement of Congress, yes? Are you upset about this or is it all good since you just care about sticking it to the Magats or whatever toddler like description you use in your TikToks?

Actually yes. A special prosecutor is required to be appointed by the president and confirmed by congress. The DOJ appointed him without going thru that process. This means everything he did was, has done or will do is not legal. The judges that were over the cases have liability as well. No federal case can survive appeal.

The New York charges he was convicted of are by New York law misdemeanors. not felonies. The prosecutor had been the #3 person in the DOJ. He quit his job and got hired by the New York DA to prosecute the case. The judge allowed evidence that is unconstitutional to be used. This case will not survive appeal and if an investigation is done there is liability for all involved. Why do you think the judge that is considering vacating the conviction.

He is negotiating to save his butt.

Your first paragraph is mostly false and a trivial technicality even if it were true.  Garland or Biden could have easily transferred Smith's charge to a prosecutor who was appointed by the Senate if it went that way.

Your second paragraph is mostly true.  Anyone who does business in New York violates New York law.  There is no real way to comply.

No. The system just unilaterally caved because Trump is President and you can't prosecute a sitting President but you can prosecute a President who left office even though that was never done before because these crimes were so heinous.
