I don't understand why these supposedly affluent people who live in this burn area aren't fireproofing their houses. I recall a picture from years ago when a fire raged through the hills around Oakland, consuming everything in its path. It was a hellish landscape afterwards. In the middle of all the destruction stood a house in pristine condition, untouched by the inferno. It was clad in stucco and stone with a Spanish tile roof and surrounded by succulent plant beds. These people continued life mostly unscathed while the world around them had to be rebuilt. You would think that house would be a model to emulate. Apparently not.

If you do too much work on your house, you get reassessed. Stupid California.

Good ole Bernie..
Don't take the necessary precautions, let the state burn, blame it on climate change, rob the morons and brainwashed that believe it through donations.. Oh, and blame Trump lolololol [BLEEP] loser https://x.com/BernieSanders/status/18770...9qMHA&s=19 80,000 people told to evacuate. Blazes 0% contained. Eight months since the area has seen rain. The scale of damage and loss is unimaginable. Climate change is real, not “a hoax.” Donald Trump must treat this like the existential crisis it is. (And at the same time..) ![]() With no water reserves for the hydrants..

"Her priority is DEI" LA Fire Chief is being hailed as the first female and LGBTQ fire chief in Los Angeles. She says her priority is DEI. Here she is waving a pride flag at a pride parade while dressed in uniform.

And then, if he changes it, other countries aren't obligated to change the name of the gulf. It would be like if Mexico came out and said it was renaming the USA to North Mexico or South Canada.

James Woods, who lost his home Tuesday in the Palisades Fire, wrote on X that the blaze wasn't from "climate change" but due to "liberal idiots like Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass."
California Fire Math DEI Mayor + DEI Fire Chief + DEI Fire Dept = DEI Disaster So now we learn that in California it takes 6 different agencies to put a fire out?♂️ And you wonder why they have an $48.6 billion dollar budget deficit!! Democrats ruin everything!!! ![]() ![]()
