I expect we will see University accreditation becoming an issue for those that do not stop it. Also, their ability to enroll foreign students (they pay full tuition) may be impacted as the State department is the agency that issues student visa's.

Unless they're also going to let people curse at cops or give them middle fingers without getting arrested and fined, unless they're going to let men wag their dongs around wherever and whenever, it should be fine for states or localities to say that baring breasts is obscene unless babies are being fed.

I am sure they will run to as liberal judge but it is beginning, Harvard's foreign student program is being shut down. Not sure how they will present this to a judge as discrimination is against the law, but they will make something up.

January 6th, where no one was arrested and hundreds of people were convicted later, or the Newark immigrant detention center, where a member of Congress was arrested, but charges were quickly dropped?
